All Custom Hats include your choice of any combination of the following:

1. One hour design consultation by phone. (We will make arrangements to call you).
   
2. You can specify the style and color during this call.
   
3. Custom fitting by mail. Your exact size and shape of your head will be determined by our fitting kit.
   
4. Your choice of color and style.
   
5. Grosgrain Ribbon.
   
6. Bound Edge.
   
7. Pencil Roll.
   
8. Kangaroo Stampede String.
   
9. Your name embossed with gold leaf into sweatband below “Custom Made For”
   
   
10. All Hats are shipped in heavy duty hat box, USPS Priority Mail with Signature Conformation. P.O. Boxes OK.
